To start with the installation of this widget, you will need to go to the Shopify theme and navigate to the Thank You page.
From here, you can add the survey widget in multiple ways:
From the app block sidebar, click on ‘Add app block’ and select ‘REVIEWS.io Surveys’
From the ‘Apps’ section in the left hand side click on the ‘Add’ icon for ‘REVIEWS.io Surveys’ and select ‘Thank You’
Once added to the Thank You page, there is one field in the app configuration defined as ‘Survey Campaign ID’, this field is required to be filled with the campaign ID to show the correct survey on the Thank You page.
The campaign ID can be found by going to the REVIEWS.io Surveys page. Clicking on any available campaign on this page will open a pop-up that displays the ID at the top.
After adding the campaign ID, you can save the page and reload it to render the survey.
