This article will show you how to connect your Google Shopping Product Feed to your account as an alternative to an e-commerce plugin or manual feed.


  • Available on all plans

  • NOTE: Stars in Google Shopping requires the small business plan or above.


  • Log in to

  • Navigate to Collection >> Product Catalogue

  • Click Setup Product Feed


Note To continue, you'll need to take a note of your Google Merchant Account ID. This is found in the top-right corner of your Google Merchant Centre screen once logged in.

  • Click Link Google Shopping Account

  • Click Setup Google Merchant ID

  • Enter your Google Merchant ID

  • Click Update Merchant ID & Continue

  • Click Connect My Google Shopping Account

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to authorise your Google Account. ┬áMake sure you are signed in to the same account as your Merchant Centre.

  • Once you have authorised your Google Account, your Product Feed will show as linked.

  • On the Product Catalogue page, you'll see your products appear.


Will I need to update my Product Catalogue in when I add products in Google Shopping?

No. Any changes to your Google Product Feed in your Google Merchant Account are automatically updated in now that you have linked the two accounts together. Therefore you only need to follow the instructions on this page once.

Why is the app coming up as blocked?

Our app is currently being confirmed by Google and it shouldn't be too long before it is verified (we are just waiting on Google to come back on this). If however, you were trying to link through to your Google Merchant Centre and it comes up with the below error:

You do have an option to get around it:

  • Once instructions are followed you should be able to see a screen much like the image below:

    Once enabled if you refresh the page and try again you should be able to then have access to the App.
