You are able to set a delay after any of your transactional triggers from your website.  For example, if you have an e-commerce site, you can choose to use the point of purchase or the point of despatch as your trigger.  You can then set the number of days after this trigger that your review is sent.
We would always recommending using the despatch trigger - this allows time for the customer to receive their product or service before being asked for a review.
