Utilising the Reports functionality within

  • Head to Analytics on the left of your dashboard.

  • Select Reports from the sub-menu.


The reports tab allows you to monitor the performance of your loyalty programs. This includes data on:

  • Total customers in program.

  • Total customers in program (30 days).

  • Total points awards.

  • Total Point Transactions (30 days).

  • Orders from referrals (30 days).
