Utilising the Activity functionality within

  • Head to Analytics on the left of your dashboard.

  • Select Activity from the sub-menu.


The Activity tab allows you to monitor and track real time activity from your loyalty and rewards program. It is broken into 3 sections; Points, Referrals & Loyalty Tiers.


The points tab tracks customer actions they are providing points to your customers, so you can see who is doing what, in real time.


The Referrals tab tracks customer referrals for your business. It monitors status, order total and date of the person being referred.

Loyalty Tiers

The Loyalty Tiers tab tracks tiers and time achieved for individuals within your program. You can use this as a reference for finding the status of a particular customer in your program.


You can use this section to further track Referrals too. You can learn how to do this here
