Once customers take actions based on the earn & redeem, referral and loyalty tier functionality you have created, a great way to engage with your customers is through our automated emails. This article walks through setting up a 'Customer Loyalty Tier Changed' notification email.

From the left side main menu, select Emails and Edit the Customer Loyalty Tier Changed email template.

Within the email editor, you can design your email by changing the banner image, content and buttons:

An example of a designed email template would look something like the below:

Once you are happy with your template, hit the Save button in the top right, you are also welcome to use the Send Test button to preview this in your own inbox.

There is an Email Status toggle in the top left of the template, make sure this is Active once you have saved the template to enable the automated sending of these emails.
