Our Bold Commerce integration allows you to define which invitations are sent, and when, based on your customer's subscription πŸ‘‡

Navigation πŸ“

  • Log in to

  • Navigate to Integrations >> Bold Commerce

Instructions βš™οΈ

Select Install New Store

Then you can select your Bold Commerce account, and the store you want to setup the integration with & press Approve.

Review Queuing

You can select which order you want to trigger the specific type of review. In the example below the customer will receive a merchant invite after the first order. They will then be sent a Product Review Invite on the 4th order, and every 2 orders after this. (6th, 8th, 10th, etc.)

The delay option allows you to override any delay in your email templates in case the delivery times vary for subscription orders.

Review Tagging

You are able to tag any reviews that have been left from a Subscription Order. To allow easy filtering through the dashboard.

Tagging reviews with the Subscription Order Index allows you to see how many orders the customer has received in the subscription when the review is placed.

For example - Subscriber-(1st-order)

If the review is tagged with "Subscriber" this will display on the Product Review Widget with the "Verified Subscriber" tag, instead of "Verified Customer"

Note: This feature only available on Shopify


Our UGC widget will display with a "Subscribe" button, instead of "Buy" button, if the tagged product is subscribable.
