We can import any existing customer tier information you have to so that the transition from your old platform, to us, is as seamless as possible.

All we need for this is a .CSV export containing the customer email address & their current tier.

You do need to make sure that the Loyalty Tiers have been created within before we can import the data

Email this .CSV file to & confirm that it is a tier import, what your account name is & which platform the information is from.
