You can change the name of your points so that they are more on-brand. For example, if you change them to be “coins” customers would then be able to earn “100 coins” instead of the default “100 points”.

You can also have customer points expire after:

  • 3 Months

  • 6 Months

  • 1 Year

  • 2 Years

This will cause customer points to expire after your specified time frame if there has been no account activity.

You can setup notification emails to send to your customers before their points expire to try and re-engage them to your platform
