How do I send Review Invites?
Collecting reviews is essential for managing customer feedback effectively. With the Free Plan, you have a few ways to set up and send out review invites:
✉️ Quick Invite Setup
Before you can send a quick invite, you need to create an email template. You can choose to send either company or product reviews, or even combine both in one template. For more details on how to set up review invites, check out this support article.
The quick invite feature lets you send one invitation at a time. If you need to send multiple invites at once, you'll need to use our Review Booster tool, which is available with the Start-Up plan and higher.
🛒 Shopify Integration:
If you're using Shopify, you can automate the review collection process. Start by downloading the Shopify App and setting up the integration. Then, create your invitation email.
When the review invites are active, Shopify will automatically send them once an order is marked as fulfilled.
To publish your reviews, you can use the Shopify plugin, which also supports automatic widget installation. For more detailed instructions, check out this support article.
