How to Export Your Reviews From Your Previous Review Platform

Exporting Reviews - Trustpilot

  • Due to Trustpilot's ownership of your review data, once exported, please contact our customer support team via live chat in the dashboard for further assistance. This applies only to company/site reviews

  • If there are product reviews on the file, be sure that an SKU column is present and matches that in your REVIEWS.io product feed.

  • Once exported, our support team will run your file through the importer, which will email reviewers to verify their review and allow us to post it on our platform. This will avoid any issues with TP's guidelines.

  • Your customers will receive an email like this πŸ‘‡

Exporting Reviews - Other

  • Yotpo, Judge.me, Feefo, Loox, Shopify Product Reviews, BigCommerce, Maropost:

Export your reviews with an SKU column matched to your product feed.

  • Trusted Shops:

They don’t provide direct exports from the dashboard β€” contact their support to request a CSV.

Note: We cannot import Google reviews or certain other third-party review types due to platform restrictions. However, REVIEWS.io supports integrations with various review networks and local review tools via our Local Reviews Bolt-On.
