Trustpilot reviews can be imported into REVIEWS.io, but the process differs by review type. Company reviews require a reviewer verification step due to Trustpilot's ownership of the data. Product reviews follow the standard CSV import process. See Import Reviews for full CSV format requirements.
Company reviews
Once you've exported your reviews from Trustpilot, get in touch with our customer support team via Live Chat in the dashboard for further assistance.
Our support team will run your file through the importer, which will email reviewers to verify their review and allow us to post it on our platform. This avoids any issues with Trustpilot's guidelines.
Your customers will receive a permission email asking them to verify their review.
Sending Permission Emails in Another Language
If you'd like the reviewer permission email sent in a language other than English, include a Language column in your CSV using one of the supported codes below:

Product reviews
Product reviews from Trustpilot follow the standard CSV import process. The file must include: Date, Name, Email address, Order ID, Star Rating, Review text, and Product SKU. Submit the file via Live Chat in your REVIEWS.io dashboard and the import team will process it.
Reply limitation
⚠️ Imported Trustpilot reviews — both company and product — cannot be replied to via the REVIEWS.io dashboard. If replying to reviews is important to your workflow, be aware of this before importing.
