Due to Trustpilot's ownership of your review data, importing Trustpilot reviews into REVIEWS.io requires a few extra steps. This applies only to company/site reviews. Please see Review import for the format of the CSV file
How It Works
Once you've exported your reviews from Trustpilot, get in touch with our customer support team via Live Chat in the dashboard for further assistance.
Our support team will run your file through the importer, which will email reviewers to verify their review and allow us to post it on our platform. This avoids any issues with Trustpilot's guidelines.
Your customers will receive a permission email asking them to verify their review.
Sending Permission Emails in Another Language
If you'd like the reviewer permission email sent in a language other than English, include a Language column in your CSV using one of the supported codes below:
