How does the integration work?
You can use Alloy Automation to trigger workflows from your REVIEWS.IO account. Then, create actions in the apps and platforms that are connected to Alloy.
For example, if a review is given, you can trigger actions in any of the integrations.
The specific events you can use to trigger actions in other apps are:
When a customer leaves a company or product review.
When a customer leaves a negative company or product review.
When a customer leaves a positive company or product review.
When a negative product review is submitted, automatically create a customer support ticket in Gorgias
When a positive product review is submitted, automatically send a discount code via email or SMS
When a negative company review is given, automatically send an email
