In some cases, you may find that you need to update or change the SKU's for your products.

In event of this, we offer a quick and easy solution to enable you to remap the reviews to the correct SKU once you have added the updated product feed.

When logged into your account, please go to Collection >> Product Catalogue.

If you have any unmatched SKU's they will display at the top as displayed below.

Once you have clicked through, you will see a list of all of the unmatched SKU's & you will be easily able to type in the new SKU.

The reviews will then be moved over & would show against the updated SKU 🎉

If you have a large amount of unmatched SKUs our support team can assist with a SKU remapping file. If you contact our live chat support we can export all your unmatched SKU's into a CSV and provide this to you. You would then need to update this .CSV with the new SKU you'd like those reassigned to:
