How to Cancel
You can also go directly to your Subscription settings page to cancel without navigating through the dashboard.
Login to your REVIEWS.io Dashboard.
Select Account
Navigate to Settings >> Subscription
On the right hand side, select Cancel
Once you click on cancel, you will be directed to this pop-up page, where you can fill the form below 👇
Once the form is filled out, the cancellation will be completed within a 48 time period. This is an automatic cancellation; there will be no confirmation email.
All cancellations require 30 days notice, and if you are due a monthly payment in that time, it will be charged to your account as your final payment.
Cancelling a Shopify Billing Subscription
If your REVIEWS.io subscription is billed through Shopify, you must cancel it directly through your Shopify admin — the cancel option in the REVIEWS.io dashboard will not apply to your subscription.
To cancel:
Log in to your Shopify admin.
Go to Apps.
Find REVIEWS.io and click Cancel subscription.
The same 30-day notice period and final payment policy applies to Shopify billing cancellations.
