βœ… Active US TikTok Shop account

Navigation πŸ“

To find the option to active this integration, you would need to go to Integrations >> TikTok Shop in the dashboard.

Instructions βš™οΈ

Enabling the Integration

To Integrate with TikTok, navigate to the integration page & select the Connect new account option.

This will begin the TikTok Shop Authorization flow. We currently only offer this integration in the United States so it won't work for any other regions currently.

Note: This flow needs to be completed by the main seller account.

As soon as that is authorized, the integration will be connected. You will then have the integration settings available to you in the REVIEWS.io dashboard.

Exporting Reviews into TikTok

Within the integration settings you will have the choice to enable periodical review exports and the intervals of which they will be done. You can also pick settings based on the individual reviews such as sending images and videos to TikTok Shop, a review grace period and the product identifier the reviews are linked to. The Grace Period is important as once a review is sent to TikTok Shop we cannot update or remove it, so you can assign a period of time before a review is sent to TikTok Shop to allow time for moderation and review revising.

If you click the Export button, you can manually force the sending of the reviews to TikTok Shop.

You will need to select a date range of which reviews should be sent across. This does not take into consideration any grace period settings meaning any reviews that fall within the defined date range will be sent across.

Next to the "Export" button there is a button for "Past Exports". You can use this to view a log of all previous exports that have been performed and to view more information about the successful and failed exports you can either view or download the logs on the right hand-side.

These logs will provide context around why a review failed to be exported to TikTok:
