Enabling the integration allows REVIEWS.io to automatically creates tickets for Reviews that are less than or equal to 3 stars. REVIEWS.io will also provide additional information including order ID, product SKU and how many followers they have on Instagram. Once the support ticket is closed an automatic email is sent offering the option to revise the review.
NOTE: All replies will remain within the Gorgias ticketing system. If you would like to post public replies to the review, this needs to be completed through the REVIEWS.io dashboard.

Log in to REVIEWS.io
Navigate to Integrations >> Gorgias
Add Gorgias REST API Credentials
Enter your Gorgias 'Permanent Address' URL and API credentials and click 'Add Store'. Your Gorgias API credentials are available in "Settings" >> "REST API" in your Gorgias Dashboard.
Once you have added your API details, you will see your installation enabled.
Setup REVIEWS.io Gorgias Integration
Within your Gorgias account, click Integrations > HTTP Integrations > Add HTTP Integration
If you have not added Gorgia's integration already then you will need to select the 'Add HTTP Integration' button
Add API Endpoint. (Choose GET Method)
Add a HEADER with the name "store" and your company value shown within the Gorgias page in REVIEWS.io.
