The following article will outline the steps involved in order to trigger a review invitation through ShipStation.
This can be used as an alternative to collecting through one of our E-Commerce integrations, or if you are using a platform we do not currently integrate with.
1. Sign into your ShipStation account.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Select Selling Channels from the left-hand sidebar, then choose Store Setup.
4. Click the ellipsis next to your E-Commerce Platform, then click Edit Store Details.
5. Go to the Emails tab & add your BCC address to Blind Copy on Shipment & Delivery Email. To find your BCC address, head here and follow this guide.
Once you have done so, you will need to ensure you have the following order details in your Shipment & Delivery email:
Customer Email (Can be extracted from the send to address)
Order ID or Invoice ID or Shipment ID
Product SKU (If collecting product reviews).
