How to set up Multi-Store Log In

This guide will show you how to switch seamlessly between multiple accounts with one user

If you have multiple stores on our platform and would like to seamlessly switch between accounts with the click of a button then you'll need to set up our Multi-Store log in for these accounts.


⭐️ At least 2+ accounts on Professional or above.

Adding a User πŸ‘₯

First, you'll need to navigate to Account Settings > Account Users πŸ‘‡

Here, you'll need to enter the user you wish to have access to both accounts. Enter in the email as shown above and apply the Admin role and then click Send Invitations.

You'll need to repeat this across all stores that you want to access.

⚠️ Note: Your desired user MUST be unique to your main account login email. If the account login email is and you use this email as an added user it will not work ⚠️

You can view your main login by going to Account Settings πŸ‘‡

Verify your User βœ…

Once the invites have been sent, you'll receive an email like below πŸ‘‡

The users need to be VERIFIED to be able to activate the multi-login feature. If your user has existed on your account for a number of years, it may be required to remove the user and re-send an invite.

Note: When setting up your user, please ensure you are using the same password across both accounts!

Congratulations πŸŽ‰ you've now set up multi-store login! At the top left of your dashboard you will now find a drop-down menu that allows you to switch between your stores dashboards! πŸ‘‡
