You can find our Quick Invite feature located in your dashboard on the top right-hand side 👇
Instructions ⚙️
Before you are able to send an invitation, you will need to make sure you have an email template created within the account. This guide here will show you how to set them up!
You can check this by going to Invitations >> Email Templates to view your created templates.
Once you have a template created within the account, click back onto the quick invite feature.
The Quick Invite will then display as a pop-up where you will be able to switch between an Email and SMS tab.
If you are collecting Company and Product reviews, you will also be able to switch between these in the pop-up, and the fields will change according to which invite you have chosen to send.
Note: If you'd like to send the Combined template, you'll need to be choosing the Product Review as your type!
The pop up will also show all the required fields. Each field needs to be filled out correctly in order for an invitation to send 👇
Once you have filled in all fields and sent the Quick Invite, you can then go to Reviews Setup >> Invitation History and you will see this invitation added to the queue. It will then be sent shortly after 🎉

No, the quick invite feature is designed to send 1 invitation at a time. If you were looking to send out some invitations in bulk manually, you should take a look at our Review Booster feature located here.
Can I use the Quick Invite to send flows?
Can I use the Quick Invite to send flows?
No, the Quick Invite does not currently support the flow feature and you are unable to send a Quick Invite whilst you have a flow active.
However, if you were looking to send an invite manually using the flow, you can do so from the Review Booster.
You can find the Review Booster by heading to Invitations >> Review Booster
