In some cases, you may find that you need to update or change the SKU's for your products.
In event of this, we offer a quick and easy solution to enable you to remap the reviews to the correct SKU once you have added the updated product feed.
Navigation 📍
When logged into your account, please go to Collection >> Product Catalogue.
If you have any unmatched SKUs they will display at the top as displayed below.
Once you have clicked through, you will see a list of all of the unmatched SKUs & you will be easily able to type in the new SKU.
The reviews will then be moved over & would show against the updated SKU 🎉
Bulk Matching SKUs
If you have a large number of unmatched SKUs, our support team can assist with a SKU remapping file. If you contact our live chat support, we can export all your unmatched SKU's into a CSV and provide this to you. You would then need to update this .CSV with the new SKU you'd like those reassigned to:

Once you've sent this back to us, we can get those moved over for you in bulk! 🎉
