How to find and share your review link

Where to find your public review page link, how to generate a dynamic link, and which option is right for your plan and use case.

There are three ways to get a link you can share with customers to collect reviews. Which one to use depends on your plan and how you want to send it.

Option 1: Your public profile page (all plans)

Every REVIEWS.io account has a public profile page where customers can leave a company review. This is the simplest link to share — no setup required.

To find it, go to Publishing → Public Profile in your dashboard. Copy the URL from your browser — this is your shareable review page link.

Your profile page only displays once your account has at least one active company review. If the page isn't showing yet, check that a company review has been published and allow up to an hour for the page to update after a first review is received.

You can share this link anywhere — in emails, on social media, in your email signature, or as a button on your website. Customers who visit the page can leave a review without needing an invitation.

Option 2: Dynamic Link (Grow plan and above)

A Dynamic Link is a personalised review URL that pre-fills the customer's details (email, order ID) so they can submit a review in fewer steps. It's designed to be embedded in your own email marketing flows (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) rather than sent directly.

To generate a Dynamic Link, go to Collection → Dynamic Link in your dashboard, or use the link generator tool directly at https://dash.reviews.io/tools/link-generator.

Dynamic Links are available on the Grow plan and above. They are not available on Shopify plans. If you don't see the Dynamic Link option in your dashboard, check your current plan under Account → Subscription.

Option 3: Send a direct invitation via Quick Invite or Review Booster

If you want to send an individual customer a one-off review request, use Quick Invite (Invitations → Quick Invite). This generates a unique link tied to that customer's email and order, and sends it immediately without needing to set up a Flow.

Review Booster works similarly — it lets you re-engage past customers who haven't yet left a review by sending them a targeted invitation.
