The API is a set of computer-friendly instructions to queue a Review Invitation via an online system - be it a CRM, Booking System, Calendar or a bespoke e-Commerce store. If the system in question can send data in a specified format to a specified web address, then the API will work.

It is possible that from time to time our API may have a short downtime. For this reason it is important that you include error handling in your code so that if your server can't connect to our API then it will fail gracefully and your website will still work.
Our API lets you send us your customer data, as an alternative to BCCing us your order confirmation emails or using our Review Booster. You can then use our API to retrieve your reviews from our system allowing you to publish them on your site without using one of our widgets.
