Our Floating Widgets are compact and fit in with the layout of your site. When they are clicked, they expand to reveal review content, containing star ratings and review comments.

Navigation
Log into your REVIEWS.io dashboard
Navigate to Publishing >> Widget Library
Select Product Floating Widget
We have two Floating Widget options to choose from:
Floating Widget - Bottom (Displays at the bottom of the scroll)
Floating Widget - Side (Displays at the scroll in the middle.)
These widgets include various customisations which can be updated within your REVIEWS.io dashboard.

When you switch between the modes, you will then be able to see the preview so you can choose which you think will best fit your site ⭐️
This widget is full of customisations for each section, keep scrolling to check them out!
General Settings ⚙️
In General Settings, you can customise the following:
Content-Type e.g. Product Reviews, Company Reviews, 3rd Party Reviews, Photo Reviews.
Widget Language.
How many reviews show on one page.
How many decimals are in the Overall Rating
Enable/Disable the Third Party Reviews & Merchant Metrics card.
You will also have the option to hide the widget on mobile devices and hide when users scroll down the page (mobile only)
Launcher
You will also have the option to customise the Launcher these options include:
The type of launcher that displays (Simple, Rating only, Rating&Count, Rating with text, Third Party Ratings
Gradient direction and colours
Size and colour of the Launcher Icon
Star Colour in the Launcher
The Launcher Logo Colour
Panel Design
The next section is the Panel Design which is the review pop-up. This allows you to adjust:
Panel background Colours
Borders & Spacing
Star Colours & Size
Header Styling
Subheader Styling
Reviews
Now onto the Review Design widget, where you can change the below:
Background Colours, Padding and Border Size
Star size and Colour
You can also show which Customer Information you would like to display; these include the customer's name and, if enabled, the customer's location, as well as the customer's attributes.
There is also an option to enable the verified badge and change the colour, text and icon size
If you have Product Attributes set within the account, you can also choose to show them and customise the attribute indicator styles
Enable Photo reviews within the widget and adjust the photo size
You can also choose to show 'was this helpful?" a share button and the date of the review.
There is also an option to hide or show any reviews that have no comments.
Typography
This is the final section for customizations, where you can edit the design of the Heading Text and Body Text to fit your brand and site.

Once you have completed all adjustments and are happy with the widget design, you can click the ' Get Installation Code' button on the bottom left of the page.
You can then either copy the code or email the code directly to your Developer.
