Overview
The Postscript integration allows you to leverage REVIEWS.IO events within your SMS Marketing tools.
Instructions ⚙️
Go to the Settings icon in your Postscript dashboard and find API.
You will then need to create your Security Key Pair 👇
Then you must copy the Private Key & paste it into the Postscript Integration page
Pushing Custom Attributes
When new reviews or surveys come through to us, we send custom properties to the subscriber record in Postscript!
These are the properties we currently push:

Important: In Postscript, there is a hard limit of 50 custom properties per subscriber. If you set this up and your record has the maximum number of custom properties or is anywhere close, then some of our properties may not be added to your record!
Event Forwarding
When new reviews or surveys come through to us, we send an API request to Postscript, who then allow these to trigger Postscript automation flows:

Note: To be able to use the event properties, you must complete the integration and then the events you would like to use must be triggered to pull through to the Postscript dashboard.
