Introduction π
Our Bloomreach integration allows you to create specific customer journeys in your "scenarios" using REVIEWS.io events such as Positive and Negative reviews, Survey submissions and Questions asked by your customers.

Navigation π
Within your REVIEWS.io dashboard, navigate to Integrations > Bloomreach:

Within your Bloomreach dashboard, first click the Settings cog on the top right > Project Settings > Access Management > API π
On this page, you will find the keys/tokens required to connect your REVIEWS.io account and BloomReach. Copy and paste the Project Token and API Key into the dashboard page.
It is a requirement that your API Groups are set to a Public access type - please ensure that you have made this change π
Once you have connected, you will see these options below, which can be toggled on and off. For example, if I were to toggle off Send Positive Reviews (3 stars or greater), then this data would not be sent to Bloomreach and would not be an event that could be used π
You will need to trigger these events to have them populate within your Bloomreach, you can either wait to organically receive a Survey, Question or Review or you can manually submit them yourself
Note: Surveys require the email address (submitted by your customer) to be included for us to send this over to Bloomreach!
Once these events are available, they can be used in your Bloomreach scenarios, like in the below example π
This journey can be dictated by yourself and be as simple or extensive as you wish!
