If you're leaving your organisation, you'll need to make sure another user has full Administrator access before you remove yourself from the account. Administrator is the highest access level in REVIEWS.io — there is no separate "owner" role to transfer.

Before you start
Check that the user who will be taking over the account is not using the same email address as the main account login. If they are, they'll need to use a different email address for their own user login.
Step 1: Make another user an Administrator
Navigate to Account in the bottom-left of the dashboard
Click Manage Users
If the person doesn't have an account yet, click Create a New User, enter their email address, and select a role
If they already exist as a user, find their name in the list and update their role to Administrator
Send the invite and ask them to accept it and set a password
Only Administrators can add and remove users from the account — make sure the new Administrator has accepted their invite and can log in before you proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Remove yourself from the account
Once the new Administrator is set up and has confirmed access:
Navigate to Account in the bottom-left of the dashboard
Click Manage Users
Locate your own user in the list and remove yourself from the account
