By tagging a product within Shopify using our template RGroup_[Group_Name] we can automatically pull this into our product catalogue, helping automate the process of creating/managing product groups

Navigation 📍
Log into your REVIEWS.io account
Click into Collection >> Product Catalogue
You will then need to Enable the 'Shopify Grouping by Tags'
After this has been enabled, you will need to navigate to Shopify to set up these groups.
Follow the steps below to do this! 👇

Within your Shopify Product Catalogue, you will need to add a Tag, as shown below:
This must be prefixed with RGroup_ for us to view the tag, and create the group within REVIEWS.io. Anything entered after the underscore will be your group name, this is case-sensitive and will need to be an exact match between each product. Tags also have a limit of 50 characters, including RGroup_
Once you've added these groups, this will automatically sync into our system within 24 hours.
If you want to remove a product from the group, this needs to be done from within our Dashboard.
