Once you connect your REVIEWS.IO account with ReAmaze, a small panel will be added to ReAmaze. This panel will display when you are speaking with one of your customers and will display any reviews that particular customer has written on REVIEWS.IO.

Requirements

✅ ReAmaze account

Navigation 📍

Log into your REVIEWS.IO account
Head to Integrations >> ReAmaze

Instructions ⚙️

1. Log into your ReAmaze account and head to the link here

2. Find your Brand ID & SSO Secret Key

3. Copy both fields and add them to the ReAmaze integration page within REVIEWS.IO

4. After adding these fields, click save.

5. Once this has been saved, go back to your ReAmaze account and enter the link here

6. You will then need to add the following URL https://dash.reviews.co.uk/api/reamaze/custom-module

That's it! Your ReAmaze account will now be connected to your REVIEWS.IO account 🎉
