πŸ‘‰ This Branch in our Flow feature can be great if you were only wanting to target a specific product for reviews, or even Personalising the email template used for each product.

Instructions βš™οΈ

Firstly, create a basic review request flow by following this guide here. It should look something like the below πŸ‘‡

Then you will need to add an advanced split with the Purchased Product data field selected πŸ‘‡

In the condition section, you can choose to be inclusive with your product selection or exclusive:

πŸ“§ From here, you can set the flow according to your need. You can send a follow-up reminder invitation if you want to ensure that you get the reviews in for that product.

πŸ–Ό You could also send a Media invitation request off the back of this to request the reviewer to leave an image of video of their product.

βš™οΈ So in the example below - this client wants to be collect UGC for a certain product that they're focusing on, to achieve this they would need to first add a time delay and then a follow up email as shown below πŸ‘‡

With this flow, all customers would receive a company review invite 7 days after data was first received. Then, if a customer had purchased the product specified in the split - they would be asked to provide an image/video of their purchase 2 days after that initial company invite.

All other customers would be directed to the default journey, which ends there. If you'd like to create a follow-up for them, you'd need to add a Yes/No statement:

This specifies if the customer has left a review or not - as we only want to be sending follow-ups to customers that have not:

We can then add in our follow-up email like in the above! You have now created an advanced flow! πŸŽ‰

Note: You'll need to have created a Reminder Email in the Email Templates section. You can learn how to do this here.
