Navigation πŸ“

  • Log in to your Dashboard

  • Navigate to Invitations > Review Booster > Email Review Booster

Note: To send a Review Booster, we highly recommend that you first set up your customised email invitation template, as this will be used as the body of the review invitation email!

Instructions βš™οΈ

Review Booster

Prepare .CSV file

πŸ“ Create a .CSV file containing your customer order list by exporting the data from your eCommerce website. The .csv file should contain at least three fields πŸ‘‡

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Email Address

  • Customer Order ID

The Review Booster also supports the following fields, if you were looking to add additional data πŸ‘‡

  • Branch

  • Location

  • Tracking Number

  • Phone Number

Note: If sending a Product Review Booster, you'll need a SKU column aswell!

Choose a Template

Choose which email template you would like to use for your Review Booster. You may wish to create a separate template specifically for this task, aimed at customers who may not have recently purchased from you.

Using a created FLOW for a booster:

If you have created a Flow in your account, you can select 'Use a Flow Sequence' to send your CSV upload through the Flow you have created, you would just need to select it from the list below.

Please note: If you are using a Flow Sequence for the Review Booster, the invites will be queued and sent on that day and the delay from your Flow will not be used.

Choose Data Import Method

Choose to either upload your prepared .CSV or copy and paste the data from it directly into our dashboard.

Once the data is entered, it will appear as a comma-separated list.

Multiple SKU's in one Invite:

If you have multiple products for one order and would like those to be all in one invite together, your data will need to be formatted like this:

Adam,, SKU1, Order1

Adam,, SKU2, Order1

Adam,, SKU3, Order1

As long as the Order ID stays the same, these products will be merged into one review invite!

Identify Columns

To tell which column matches to Customer Name, Customer Email and Order ID, Click "Identify Column" and choose the data type from the drop-down menu. Repeat for all columns.

Send Booster

Once our system has verified the data has been correctly imported, you may send the Review Booster to your clients! πŸŽ‰

Review Booster Errors ❌

If you receive an email after sending your Review Booster that some invites have failed, you can identify exactly what errors have occurred by navigating to Invitations > Review Booster > Booster History.

By clicking the error count, you will bring up this pop-up to identify the error reason and what line was affected.

How to use Combined Template in Review Booster

To use the Combined Template, you will first need to ensure you have created one in your Email Template section here πŸ‘ˆ

When creating a flow, select the Product option as the Combined Template will act as a product invite in this section.

Then follow the previous steps as normal to send these out!

Do I need to include headings in my .CSV file?

The .CSV MUST include headings in row A to upload correctly. Your customer data should start on row B.

Will my customers receive more than 1 email if they purchase more than 1 product?

Review Booster automatically merges all product review requests from the same order number into one email!
