REVIEWS.io supports the ability to use the same email address and password to log into multiple accounts. This means that once your email address is added as a user to an account, you will then have the ability to toggle between separate accounts.
Switch to a different account by clicking the Account dropdown in the upper Left. Then, select the account you would like from the Other Account dropdown.
Additionally, REVIEWS.io supports varying permissions for the same email address within separate accounts. For example, the same person could have Administrator rights in one account, but be an Agent in another. There is no limit on how many admin users you can add to the account.
Note: Only account Administrators are able to add new users to an account and remove them when needed. Additionally, it is not possible to link separate login email addresses, so make sure that the email address you use is consistent throughout accounts.
How to set it up
Navigate to Account in the bottom left of the dashboard
Click on Manage Users
Invite Team Member on each account by adding their email address & assigning a user role
An email will then be sent, you would then need to accept the invite.
Once you have accepted the invite, you will then need to set up a password.
IMPORTANT: THE PASSWORD MUST BE THE SAME FOR THE USER ON ALL ACCOUNTS.
Once you have done this for each account, you will then be able to toggle between the accounts using the drop-down in the top left-hand corner.
2 Factor Authentication
You are also able to set up 2 Factor Authentication for users which allows you to add more security to your account which is recommended if you have multiple emails with access.
To use this, you will also need to use the Google Authenticator App which is available in both the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
Once you have set this up, you will then be asked for your authentication code (found in the Google Authenticator App) each time you log into your account.
SSO
You can also log into your REVIEWS.io account using single sign-on (SSO)
All you need to do is head to the REVIEWS.io login page - https://dash.reviews.io/login
Where you will see the option to either sign in with your email address, Google or Linkedin account.
Please note: If you are choosing to log into the account with your Google or Linkedin details then these would need to match the user details in REVIEWS.io
If you do choose to sign in via Google or Linkedin then you will be redirected to another page where you will need to authenticate your details
