As opposed to sending your review invitations through the REVIEWS.io invitation emails, we offer the ability to do so through Klaviyo.

Instructions βš™οΈ

Creating a Post Purchase Review Request Flow

1. Create a new flow from within your Klaviyo dashboard, select the Product Review / Cross Sell-Option πŸ‘‡

This will create a flow using the Fulfilled trigger with a 14 day delay. If you'd like to alter this, simply click the block and increase/decrease the time delay.

3. Select the 'Dont Keep It To Yourself' email, and hit 'Edit' in the Template section πŸ‘‡

Note: Feel free to edit this template with whatever title or appearance you'd like!

4. Select the 'Item.Product.Title' block, then select ROWS > DYNAMIC > COLUMN 2 > TEXT like so πŸ‘‡

5. Remove the 'Review This Item' hyperlink as shown above πŸ‘†

Here, you can either add a CTA button underneath the 'Item.Product.Title' or replace the hyperlink with the REVIEWS.io Dynamic Link.

You will now need to follow this guide to add the correct Dynamic Link!

By doing so, when the customer clicks your CTA or hyperlink they will be directed to the REVIEWS.io collector page to leave their verified review!

Example Email Templates πŸ‘€

Below are some great email templates clients of REVIEWS.io have setup to collect reviews through Klaviyo πŸ‘‡

Alf The Label

Dock & Bay

Spartansuppz

Milton & King

Manually Creating a Flow

1. To create a flow without using the pre-made flow click Create Flow > Create from Scratch > Name your flow and set use the Fulfilled Order metric as shown below:

2. Set the 'Time Delay' to however long after order fulfillment you want the request sent to your customer πŸ‘‡

For this example, this user would like to reach out to customers 7 days after their order is then fulfilled:
