The review notifications screen allows you to choose who in your organisation receives notifications, as well as whether all positive or negatives reviews result in a notification or not. You can independently choose to be notified of company or product reviews by email, or on slack. You'll also choose notifications for Expert Answers Q&A here 👇
Slack
Use your Slack webhook URL and be notified appropriately. Read this support article for instructions on setting up your Slack webhook.
Quick Review Replies
Allows you to reply to your reviews directly from your notification emails, without needing to login to your REVIEWS.io dashboard 👇
