Your company name and the email address on your account
What you've been testing or setting up during your trial
Why you need more time (e.g. waiting on a technical integration, pending stakeholder sign-off, business timing)
How much extra time you're looking for

Extensions are reviewed by the support team and are not guaranteed. If approved, your trial will be extended and you'll receive confirmation. If your request isn't approved, your account will convert to a paid plan at the end of the original 14-day trial — or you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
Extensions are only available before your trial expires. If your trial has already ended and your account has converted to a paid plan, a trial extension can no longer be applied — contact support to discuss your options.

Will I be charged during an extension?
No. An approved extension continues your trial period. Your credit card will not be charged until the extended trial ends and you remain on a paid plan.
Can I request more than one extension?
Each request is reviewed individually. A second extension is unlikely to be approved, so make sure you use the extended period to fully evaluate the platform.
Does reinstalling the app reset my trial?
No. Reinstalling REVIEWS.io does not reset or extend your trial period.
