The settings on this page determine what is visible on your company profile page, the page on REVIEWS.io which shows your reviews publicly 👇

'Visit Website' link

This determines whether the following link appears on your profile page:

Write a Review Form

Determines whether users can write their reviews directly on your page without an invitation. Reviews written without invitation do not count toward Google Seller rating requirements:

Show Company Contact Details

Toggle company contact details with this option! Those details can be updated in your Account Settings here 👈

Note: The Public Profile page is designed for Company reviews. It cannot be changed so that your Product Reviews are displayed first.

Customer Name Format

Choose how customer names show on your website. Use the drop-down menu for options.

Shorten surname (e.g Joe B)
Shorten first name (e.g J Bloggs)
Don't show customer names
Partially star customer names e.g (Joe B••••)

Company Description on Profile

If this section is filled in, the information will appear on your profile page in a panel on the left.

Hide the dates when reviews were written

If this option is checked, no dates will appear against your reviews. Customers like to see recent and relevant reviews so we would advise not using this option!
