What counts as an invite? Each email or SMS request sent via REVIEWS.io counts as one invite toward your monthly limit.

What changes when you downgrade
Downgrading removes access to features that aren't included in your new plan. Here's a summary of the most significant changes at each step:

Start-Up → Essentials | SMS invites, survey responses, Google Seller Ratings, Google Rich Snippets, review importing. Review invite volume drops to 300/month. |
Any plan → Free | All paid features are removed. Review invites drop to 25/month. Free plan is only available to Shopify merchants. |
Your existing review data is not deleted when you downgrade. Reviews collected or imported on a higher plan remain on your account. If you upgrade again, full access is restored.
When do plan changes take effect?
Upgrades take effect immediately and billing is prorated for the remainder of your current month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing month.
