Settings that require contacting support
The following changes cannot be made from the dashboard and must be handled by the support team. Contact us via Live Chat with your account email and company name.
Setting | What to include in your message |
Domain / account URL change | Your company name and the new domain. Note: only one domain can be linked to an account at a time — make sure your old domain is no longer active or has been redirected before requesting the change. |
Transferring reviews to a new domain after a rebrand | Your old and new domain, plus confirmation that the old domain has been closed or redirected. |
Changing or transferring the account owner / primary administrator | The current admin's email address and the new admin's details. |
Changing your domain? Your reviews, widgets, and invitations are tied to your current domain. Contact support as soon as possible after a rebrand so nothing breaks.
Still not sure?
If the setting you're looking for isn't listed above, start a Live Chat from your dashboard. Describe the change you need and the team will confirm whether it's self-serve or handle it for you.
