When a payment fails, your account is locked immediately and a payment wall is displayed. There is no grace period — contact support as soon as possible to restore access.
What you'll see
When you try to log in to your REVIEWS.io dashboard after a failed payment, you'll be shown a payment wall. You won't be able to access your account features until the payment issue is resolved.
REVIEWS.io also sends a notification email to your account email address when a payment fails. If you receive this email, act on it promptly — your account is already locked at this point.
How to restore access
There is no self-service option to update your payment details once the payment wall is active. Contact REVIEWS.io support via Live Chat and the team will update your payment details and restore access.
When you get in touch, have the following ready:
Your company name
Your account domain (e.g. yourcompany.com)
Your reviews and data
Your collected reviews are safe and are not deleted when your account is locked due to a failed payment. However, the following will be paused until access is restored:
Review widgets will stop displaying on your site
Review invitation emails and SMS will stop sending
The ability to reply to reviews will be suspended
Everything is restored as soon as the payment issue is resolved.
