Google Ratings

As a Google licensed partner, REVIEWS.io works seamlessly with Google’s rating systems. There are FOUR types of Google Ratings, each with their own unique requirements and rules. Below are brief overviews of each criteria for the different ratings requirements with links to the features main article.


Google Shopping Stars

  • Allows you to display aggregated reviews for your products to customers shopping on Google. They would appear as such:

  • Growth Plan or above

  • 50 verified Product Reviews


Google Text Ads/Seller Ratings

  • Google Text Ads/Seller Ratings allows you to display your company reviews as text ads and on free listings. They would appear as such:

  • Available on ALL plans

  • 100 verified Company reviews per country over a rolling 12 month period


Google My Business

  • Google My Business is a tool designed to help you efficiently oversee and enhance your Business Profile on Google. They would appear as such:

What do you need?

  • You need a separate Google My Business account to manage your Business Profile.

  • Our Reputation Management/Google Local bolt-on would allow you to automate review collection for third party platforms such as GMB and display those reviews on your site.


Google Organic Stars

  • Google Organic Stars are free ad listings. They appear as such:

  • Available on ALL plans

  • At least ONE review

  • You must have Rich Snippets installed to your web page’s HTML.
